A Vintage Pink Saturday Post,
Today school was delayed two hours because of the ice and then it proceeded to hail, sleet and snow all day! My little grand-girl commented that she is having her second winter break even though this is supposed to be spring break! With all this wintry talk, I need a little pink so today is going to be just a glorious Vintage Pink Saturday. I am not going to do a long post but just enough to remind me that spring is coming and my pink peonies will bloom again!
So let the pink sharing begin…
First off, remember these? pre-1950’s? Pink Ceramic Baby Food Warming Dishes. Mom would pour hot water in the spout, put the cork on and them feed baby while the food stayed warm!
Next some Vintage Pink Fabric
This is super shabby pink floral laminated cotton, I have in my shop. I was thinking about making myself a raincoat maybe?, but at least a lunchbag. You know I love pink right?
And wow how I love Shabby Pink Fabric with Red flowers like these don’t you?
3rd In the Pink Line up……. Grand-girl in her favorite vintage hat. She simply loves to play with this vintage pink hat which I bought to take the flowers off and make something else but since she loves it so much, I haven’t touched it.
One more reminder of pink, ok maybe it’s peach, Boutonniere I did for last week’s semi formal, had to be peach black and white! Love the feather and bling!!
I am clicking over to Bev’s How Sweet the Sound Pink Saturday and you’re invited, so come on over to see more pink.Hope you enjoyed my vintage pink Saturday Post!
All Happy Days
